MIX & MASTERING

📁File Delivery :
- At checkout, please include a download link to your individual WAV files in the “Notes” or “Instructions” section
- You can use any file-sharing platform of your choice
- Send only clearly named and well-organized individual stems
- Do not include any group stems
- Double-check that the folder you submit contains only the final and correct stems you want me to mix, with no duplicate files, as everything will be used exactly as provided
- I highly recommend checking your stems by placing them in a new empty project to make sure everything sounds exactly the way you want before sending

🚨Requirements :
- The project and arrangement must be fully finalized before the files are submitted as I will not make any structural changes once the mixing process has started
- Each individual stem must already include the intended sound design, stereo placement, automation, and gain staging as my work will be exclusively focused on mixing and balancing the existing material, not on creative production changes
- Stems must be provided without any clipping, both individually and when summed together in a blank project (no red peaks on any stem or on the master channel)
- I will not edit, cut, or move any stem, please make sure everything is properly placed before sending
- Master channel must be free of any processing
- No restoration tasks are performed, all stems must be delivered clean, with no clicks, pops, crackles or unwanted distortion
- AI-generated stems or stems resulting from AI extraction, which typically contain digital artifacts are not accepted

🎚️ Stem Policy :
- Consolidated grouped stems (e.g. all hats in one stem) are welcome if it helps keep the session clean and efficient
- However, deliberately merging multiple unrelated elements into a single stem to reduce stem count is not accepted, as it prevents separate processing or volume automation afterward

⏱️Delivery Time (Single Track) :
- Orders are delivered within 5 business days, starting from the next business day after the order is placed (or from the date the files are validated if the original submission had issues)
- If you need your master urgently, please add the 'Express Delivery' option to your shopping cart during checkout
- During peak periods, turnaround may be slightly longer, you will receive an email with your estimated delivery date if that is the case
- Download links remain available for 30 days after delivery, clients are responsible for downloading and archiving their files within this period (project storage is temporary and files may be permanently deleted thereafter)

⏱️ Delivery Time (Multiple Tracks) :
- If you order more than one mix, each track will be delivered separately with up to 5 business days per track (this ensures the highest quality for every project)
- You’ll receive each track as soon the work is done (there’s no need to wait for the full batch to be completed), each download link will be available for 30 days

🔁 Revision Limits :
- Each mixing order includes 2 revisions
- Included revisions are available for 14 calendar days starting from the file delivery date
- Any revision requests made after this period must be ordered through the “Extra Revision” service

🔄 Revision Policy :
- Technical corrections such as export issues, obvious technical faults, or clear delivery mistakes, are included in the service and do not count as a revision
- Revisions cover minor mix or master adjustments based on subjective preferences, and occasionally a stem replacement if it's similar and fits the existing arrangement
- Any major structural changes, large-scale stem updates, or testing new production ideas by sending multiple alternative stems will be considered a new version and will be billed as a new service
- Adding new stems, layers or instruments after the mix has started is considered an arrangement update and will be charged 10€ per new stem, regardless of the original stem count

💰 Bulk orders :
- Custom quotes are available for large orders only (over 3 mix & mastering projects), please use the contact form before ordering

📩 Support & Communication :
- All communications are handled exclusively from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 19:00 (CET)

✔ Terms & Conditions :
- The client is responsible for checking his stems before sending them and ensuring that they meet the requirements clearly listed above, if the stems do not comply with these requirements, any unwanted result in the mix or master is entirely the client’s responsibility, as the source itself is compromised
- If the delivered stems are incorrect or not finalised once the work has started, this is entirely the client’s responsibility, any correction will be treated as a revision.
- Any request that involves modifying the mix or the mastering chain, whether it affects levels, balance, compression, dynamics, tone, stereo image, or overall loudness, is considered as a revision
- Any request for an additional version of this service automatically requires the purchase of the “Additional Version” add-on
- I reserve the right to cancel any order if the stems do not meet the minimum balance and preparation required for a technical mix
- By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted all terms and conditions, including delivery times, revision policy, and the required technical specifications
