📁File Delivery :
- At checkout, please include a download link to your premaster file(s) in the “Notes or Instructions” section
- You can use any file-sharing platform of your choice
- For stem mastering, please provide grouped stems as separate WAV files, sorted by category

🔊Mastering Services :
- Digital Stereo Mastering using a high-precision digital mastering chain, clean and neutral, calibrated for reliable club translation and consistent loudness across platforms
- Hybrid Analog Mastering processed through a hybrid analog chain built around API 500-series modules, enhancing tonal balance with subtle analog character

- Additional Version (Extended Mix, VIP Edit, etc.)

🚨Requirements :
- The premaster must be delivered in WAV 24-bit, 44.1 kHz
- No processing is allowed on the master bus (no limiter, maximizer, clipper, compression, EQ, stereo enhancers, etc..)
- Approximately -6 dB of headroom
- Clean and coherent internal balance between all elements

⏱️Delivery Time :
- Orders are delivered within 5 business days, starting from the next business day after the order is placed (or from the date the files are validated if the original submission had issues)
- If you need your master urgently, please add the 'Express Delivery' option to your shopping cart during checkout

🔁 Revision Limits :
- Stereo Mastering (Digital & Hybrid) : 1 revision included
- Stem Mastering : 2 revisions included
- Revisions, whether included or extra, are available for 10 calendar days starting from the delivery of the file, the order is considered completed after this period
- Extra revisions must be purchased through the “Extra Revision” service (10€ per revision)

🔄 Revision Policy :
- Revisions can cover adjustments related to the master chain itself for changes such as dynamics, color or overall tone, as well as the submission of a new premaster if you want to slightly adjust the internal balance
- A new premaster can be accepted as a revision as long as the change is minor and does not significantly rebalance the mix
- If the new premaster introduces a significant rebalance of the mix, it will be considered as a new mastering order

💰 Bulk orders :
- Custom quotes are available for large orders only (over 9 stereo masters or 3 stem masters), please use the contact form before ordering

📩 Support & Communication :
- All communications are handled exclusively from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 19:00 (CET)

✔ Terms & Conditions :
- The client is fully responsible for delivering a premaster that meets all requirements listed above with a clean internal balance
- If the premaster does not comply, any unwanted result after mastering is entirely the client's responsibility as the source material is inadequate for a proper mastering process
- The mastering service does not include mix correction, mix troubleshooting or guidance on how to fix issues detected in the premaster
- If an issue becomes more noticeable after mastering and is determined to come from the mix, no technical discussion will be engaged and no mix-repair instructions will be provided
- Any request for mix fixes, mixing advice or technical coaching falls outside the scope of this service
- Any request that involves modifying the mastering chain, whether it affects compression, dynamics, tone, balance, or overall loudness, is considered as a revision
- Any request for an additional version of this service automatically requires the purchase of the “Additional Version” add-on
- I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the premaster is excessively unbalanced and does not meet the minimal technical requirements needed for mastering
