📁File Delivery :
- At checkout, please include a download link to your premaster file(s) and specify if you have any relevant preferences in the “Notes or Instructions” section
- You can use any file-sharing platform of your choice
- For stem mastering, audio files must be delivered as grouped stems (one WAV file per group) and clearly sorted by category
- If ungrouped stems are provided, they will be grouped accordingly to match the selected tier stems selected at checkout

🔊Mastering Services :
- Digital Stereo Mastering using a modern digital mastering chain combined with analog emulations for reliable club translation and consistent loudness across platforms
- Hybrid Analog Mastering processed through a hybrid analog chain built around API 500-series modules, enhancing tonal balance with subtle analog character

- Express Delivery (24h)
- Additional Version (Extended Mix, VIP Edit, etc.)

🚨Requirements :
- The premaster must be delivered in WAV 24-bit, 44.1 kHz
- No processing on the master bus (limiter, maximizer, clipper, compression, stereo enhancers, etc..)
- Approximately -6 dB of headroom
- Clean and coherent internal balance between all elements

⏱️Delivery Time :
- Orders are delivered within 5 business days, starting from the next business day after the order is placed (or from the date the files are validated if the original submission had issues)
- If you need your master urgently, please add the 'Express Delivery' option to your shopping cart during checkout
- During peak periods, turnaround may be slightly longer, you will receive an email with your estimated delivery date if that is the case
- Download links remain available for 30 days after delivery, clients are responsible for downloading and archiving their files within this period (project storage is temporary and files may be permanently deleted thereafter)

🔁 Revision Limits :
- Stereo Mastering (Digital & Hybrid) : 1 revision included
- Stem Mastering : 2 revisions included
- Included revisions are available for 14 calendar days starting from the file delivery date
- Any revision requests made after this period must be ordered through the “Extra Revision” service

🔄 Revision Policy :
- Technical corrections such as export issues, obvious technical faults, or clear delivery mistakes are included in the service and do not count as a revision
- Revisions can cover adjustments to the master chain based on subjective preferences, for example dynamics, color or overall tone, as well as the submission of a new premaster for minor internal balance changes
- A new premaster can be accepted as a revision, as long as the modifications do not significantly rebalance the mix
- If the new premaster introduces a significant rebalance of the mix, it will be considered as a new mastering order

💰 Bulk orders :
- Custom quotes are available for large orders only (over 9 digital stereo masters, or 3+ hybrid analog/stem masters), please use the contact form before ordering

📩 Support & Communication :
- All communications are handled exclusively from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 19:00 (CET)

✔ Terms & Conditions :
- The client is fully responsible for delivering a premaster that meets all requirements listed above with a clean internal balance
- If the premaster does not comply, any unwanted result after mastering is entirely the client's responsibility as the source material is inadequate for a proper mastering process
- Mix support, including feedback and troubleshooting, is not included in this mastering service and is only available through "Mix Assistance"
- If an issue is identified as originating from the mix, support is limited to stating that it is mix-related, no further technical back-and-forth or mix-repair guidance will be provided within this service
- Any request that involves modifying the mastering chain, whether it affects compression, dynamics, tone, balance, or overall loudness, is considered as a revision
- Any request for an additional version of this service automatically requires the purchase of the “Additional Version” add-on
- I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the premaster is excessively unbalanced and does not meet the minimal technical requirements needed for mastering
